Miorah · Masterfilm
Zoya Developers · Scene 01
One Developer. Four Worlds.
one hand across four
Each project had to earn its own identity, not borrow the parent brand's. Four projects, four different starting points, one strategic hand across all of them.
Brand Strategy · Naming · Positioning · Creative Direction
- Client
- Zoya Developers, parent developer, Dubai
- Scope
- Naming, positioning, identity and campaign across four sub-brands, each at a different stage of readiness
- Role
- Strategy, naming, positioning, creative and campaign direction, alongside the wider Zoya and agency teams
The Achievement
Two project brands, Miorah and Elanora, taken all the way to market, plus two more carried from a blank page to a defined direction. None of the four reads as a copy of another, or of the parent.
Four starts, one method
Four house styles→one hand, four lengths
The depth changed with each project. The thinking didn't.
Four Cuts
one film, four lengths
Four Reels, Four Lengths
The same five stations, run for four different lengths: a record of where each reel currently sits. None of the four skipped a station. Not all four have reached the end.
Full reel: identity, campaign, launch collateral, plus the masterfilm.
Full reel: identity direction and a teaser-to-reveal launch.
Reached Identity, in concept: three positioning territories.
First frame of Identity: two opening directions.
Naming → Positioning → Identity → Campaign → Masterfilm
The Work
same method, four runtimes
Same Director. Four Films.
Every project ran the same five stations, naming to masterfilm, and stopped wherever it was ready to. Two ran the full length. Two are still in the cutting room.
Naming → Positioning → Identity → Campaign → Masterfilm
Miorah
Light is the organising idea, carried from the city down to a single room, storyboarded shot by shot with the voice-over written beside the book.
Elanora
Quieter, more interior, separate from Miorah without leaving the family. Positioning through identity direction and a teaser-to-reveal launch story.
Calisi
A name and a point of view: three positioning territories explored for one site, every name carrying a pronunciation, a root and a reason.
Three territories
Life in Full Bloom
Fullness and ease: an “Inner Bloom” identity built on a ginkgo-leaf motif for longevity.
Life in Rhythm
“Life should move with grace, not strain.”
Beauty, in Spirit
Design experienced through atmosphere and presence, not just seen.
Seraya
The name, and two genuinely different ways in: a personality to choose for the project, not just a typeface.
Two directions
Your World Within
Boutique-luxury, quiet privacy: a fluid signature-script mark, a home “held quietly in your hands.”
A Story to Be Lived
A gold-standard route, high-contrast modern serif, positioned closer to luxury fashion than to real estate.
Scene 01
The File
the shareable cut
Everything You Could Hand a Client.
Key visuals, ad sizes, collateral and the factsheet: the finished, sendable pieces, pulled out of the folder.
Miorah

Elanora

The launch films
Elanora's reveal ran as a pair, teaser first, then the fuller cut, storyboarded before a single render was in play.
Scene 01
Where It Landed
four starts, one method
Four projects. Four starting points.
Two, all the way to market
Miorah and Elanora, each its own name, positioning and market-ready campaign, distinct enough that neither reads as a variation of the other.
Two, from a blank page
Calisi and Seraya carried through multiple genuinely distinct naming and positioning territories: range inside a single client mandate.
One idea, carried structurally
Miorah's book runs its one idea, light, through the whole narrative, city to single room, rather than restating it on every page.
The depth changed with each project. The thinking didn't.
